Ramos and Kolo-Muani To Leave PSG?

Six months after their arrival in Paris, Randal Kolo-Muani and Gonçalo Ramos disappoint. And not only observers. Luis Enrique simply no longer relies on them in big games.

One month before its entry into the final phase of the Champions League, Paris SG still has many doubts. Some are related to the physical health of the players, others to the mercato always open for three weeks, and finally the worst doubts are certainly because of the performance of some elements. This is particularly the case in attack where neither Randal Kolo-Muani nor Gonçalo Ramos give satisfaction. Annoying for two huge investments of the summer, and PSG thus relies exclusively on Kylian Mbappé to bring a little efficiency and weight ahead. Because both the French and the Portuguese disappear with each match, despite a significant game time but which inevitably ends up decreasing.

According to L’Equipe, this should not work out because Luis Enrique has simply lost confidence and patience in this double file. The PSG coach will obviously not condemn them publicly, but the performance of his two attackers is too low to be able to get something major out of it in the second part of the season. According to the sports daily, in private, the Paris SG coach has decided to put Mbappé at the forefront because of the disappointing performances of Ramos and Kolo-Muani, and this should not change in the coming weeks. In Cup or Ligue 1 matches, hesitation is possible, but the choice seems to be made for big European matches.

Both players do not put any bad will and Luis Enrique appreciates it. But for the former Nantes, it is the inability to evolve without space in front of him that weighs him down, while the Portuguese has a lot of trouble in the combined game. Redhibitory criteria for profiles that the Spaniard nevertheless validated when they were recruited. But the first months did not give satisfaction, and now the former coach of FC Barcelona does not see who else but Kylian Mbappé can evolve in the axis of the Parisian attack, even if it makes two victims of choice within the capital club.
